Our Founder

Founded in 2015 by Scott Douglas Coloney, we continue to build on Scott's deep experience in Fort Lauderdale real estate, dating back to 2001. He has a strong background as a leading real estate agent with Sotheby's, Caldwell Banker, Remax Partners, and Related ISG prior to becoming a licensed Broker for Flagler Duval's exclusive Single Agency. As a  Developer and President of Flagler Duval Construction, he successfully developed, constructed and sold over 50 projects in  Fort Lauderdale over the past ten years.  His experience and leadership provide our team members and Clients with an unmatched dependability during good times and tough times.
